A national network of chapters, it is the largest national voluntary health organization committed to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s and helping those affected by the disease.

A public voice for caregivers, it is the first community-based nonprofit organization in the country to address the needs of families and friends providing long-term care at home.
National Council on Disability
Since enactment of the Americans with Disabilities Act in 1990, the National Council on Disability has continued to play a leading role in addressing the concerns of people with disabilities by advising public policy.
Parkinson's Disease Foundation
A leading national presence in Parkinson's disease research, education and public advocacy.
